Building a Stellar Product Roadmap

  • Workday SF 160 Spear St #1700 San Francisco, CA 94105 United States (map)

Join Advancing Women in Product (AWIP) for our next great evening of collaboration and cutting-edge innovation as we discuss the topic “Building A Stellar Product Roadmap”.

In partnership with Workday — our sponsors and hosts for the event in their San Francisco high-rise offices — your product roadmap is an essential communication and expectation-setting tool.

A product roadmap is the PMs bible. It serves as a high-level visual summary that communicates the vision and direction of your product offering over time, the why and the what behind what you’re building. It’s a strategic document as well as a plan for execution. At this event PM leaders from across tech will provide frameworks and tool-tips for building and successfully communicating your product roadmap, and demonstrate best practices by building a roadmap for an imaginary feature. Through expert guidance and live feedback, our event will help:

  • Current PMs create clear and concise roadmaps

  • You effectively gain buy-in from cross-functional groups from across your organization

  • You pull valuable insights from some of top PMs from Workday, Oracle and Google.

AWIP is also pleased to present an intimate panel discussion featuring:

Reviews from past attendees to AWIP events:

"I attended the AWIP event yesterday and this was my second
event. Loved it - very helpful and informational, not just for PM
roles but also long term corporate career growth and success.
We owe you a lot for your efforts to bring together these high
quality events and thank you for being the champions."
▬ Kaushik Raha, Wharton MBA Class of 2018

"Loved the event, learned a ton. Was especially cool to see how
much the younger, aspiring PM crowd valued your direct
insights and advice at the end. They were starstruck! At a
recent ally event at Segment, one our Designers, Annie, said, "I
can only be what I can see," referring to the importance of
representation— so kudos for being such an inspiring example
to these budding professionals!"
▬ Chris Sperandio, PM @ Segment
